Can I order 5–10 kg directly from you instead of Amazon?
For quantities below 50 kg, we request customers to place the order on Amazon. It is faster, more convenient and delivers anywhere in India.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including UPI, and bank transfers.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Typically, orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery can take anywhere from 3-10 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Do you offer activated biochar?
Yes, we offer both pure and activated biochar for agriculture and gardening purposes. On amazon, we provide activated orders only, while in bulk, we can provide both basis customer requirement.
What is the minimum quantity for wholesale orders?
Wholesale / bulk pricing starts from 50 kgs onwards.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track the progress of your shipment on our website or the couriers website.
Can I get a sample before bulk purchasing?
Yes. You can order a 2–5 kgs pack from Amazon as a sample. This is the same product we supply in bulk.
What is activated biochar?
Our biochar is made out of hardwood using pyrolsis process. We then activate the biochar using microbes to provide better results in farms and gardens.
